At VeidaLabs, we strive to deliver value through our AI learning programs.

1. Refund Eligibility

• Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a course has been accessed.
• If you purchased a course by mistake and haven’t accessed any materials, you may request a refund within 2 days of purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

• Email us at hello@veidalabs.com with your order details.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Exceptions

• Refunds are not provided for:
  • Course dissatisfaction (we encourage checking course previews/syllabus)
  • Failure to complete the course
  • Technical issues not reported within 72 hours of purchase
